1/3 cups sugar

Prepare a bowl with about � cup sugar to sugar cookies.
Shape dough by rounded spoonfuls into balls (I recommend using your hand and rolling spoon sized balls). Roll the ball in a bowl of granulated sugar. Place sugared balls sugar side up on a lightly greased sheet 3� apart and press with fork in a cross shape..
Bake 375� for 10-12 min.
