Irish Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients Instructions:
Crust
2 cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 c Butter, melted

Filling
24 oz Cream cheese, softened (about 3 pkgs)
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tbsp. Flour
1 cup Irish cream liqueur
1 tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust:
Combine the crumbs and butter in a medium-size bowl. Press on the bottom of a 9-inch cheesecake pan. Bake in oven for five minutes. Remove and set aside.

Filling:
Cream the cheese and sugar. Beat in the eggs, flour, liqueur and vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture onto crust and bake for 40 minutes.

Turn off oven and leave in oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. After cheesecake has cooled, sprinkle white chocolate on top. Refrigerate overnight.

I didn't really like this recipes

I have tired this with a pie crust that was pre-made. Guess what the mixture doesn't fit in one pan be prepare to make two cakes or you are going to waste about half of the mix.

I didn't put the Chocolate on top of it but instead melted down camel and swirled over the top of the cake.
