2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin seed (camino)
2 cubes of beef bouillon
water as required |
Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and enough water to cover the meat. Cover simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
For thicker chili - Blend 1 tbsp of flour with 2 tbsp of cold water. Add to chili and cook for few more mintues.
