6 ounces fettuccini
Alfredo Sauce
1 ounce Gold Tequila
1 ounce soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro
1 1/2 ounces blanched bell pepper
1 1/2 ounces red onion
2 1/2 ounces chicken |
Cook and drain pasta. Boil Alfredo sauce until reduced by half. Add Tequila, soy sauce, and cilantro. Bring to boil and reduce slightly. Add bell pepper, red onion, and chicken. Bring to boil again, then combine with cooked pasta. Server fresh grated Parmesan.
