2 - pounds ground beef
1 - 14.5oz can tomato sauce
2 - 8oz cans kidney beans
2 - 8oz cans pinto beans
2 - 14oz cans rotel tomatoes and chiles (large cans)
1 - cups chicken broth (or beef broth)
1/2 - large onion, diced fine
1 - celery stalks, diced
1 - teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 - tablespoons chili powder
1 - teaspoons black pepper
1 - teaspoons salt
1/2 - teaspoon cayenne pepper *(optional)

Brown the ground beef in skillet over medium heat.
Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into dime sized pieces.
Drain off fat.
In a large crock pot, combine the beef with all the remaining
ingredients. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
